Responsibilities & Requirements

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Novotel Malta Sliema, you help create a calm, clean, and welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Make beds and change linens.
Dust furniture and surfaces.
Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
Clean bathrooms (toilets, showers, mirrors, sinks).
Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, towels, toilet paper, etc.).
Check for maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, leaks).
Report damages or repairs needed to maintenance or supervisors.
Ensure rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.
Replace used amenities with fresh ones.
Refill minibar items.
Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
Respond politely and promptly to guest requests.

Requirements
