Join us on Thursday, 31 December from 19:30 at Tria Restaurant, Novotel Malta Sliema, for a festive dinner buffet with free-flowing wine and a glass of Prosecco at midnight, at €95 per person.
Start slowly with poached king prawns, seared tuna tataki, octopus carpaccio and a citrus seafood ceviche, alongside Prosciutto di Parma with fresh figs and a cheese and charcuterie display. Fresh salads, a basket of artisan breads and a mushroom and truffle velouté round out the first round.
Choose from lobster ravioli in a rich shellfish bisque, porcini and truffle risotto, and a chef-carved herb-crusted beef striploin. Pan-roasted sea bass with saffron beurre blanc, roasted duck breast with cherry and cranberry sauce and slow-roasted pork belly with apple and Calvados jus complete the carvery. Finish with fresh macarons, a selection of cakes and tropical fruit.
€95 per person, including free-flowing wine, soft drinks and water, plus a glass of Prosecco at midnight. Children aged 0–2 dine free, ages 3–12 pay half price and guests aged 13 and over pay full price. The menu includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, and our team is happy to help with any allergies or dietary needs.
